vue 无法获取到 div 的滚动位置

BUG 记录：

通过 this.$refs.xxx.scrollTop  获取到的滚动位置一直为 0

可以尝试给 div 设置  
height:   ; -- 给定高度

overflow:hidden;

overflow-y:scroll;
