成功安装JInto插件后，在Eclipse/MyEclipse的Window-->Preferences中，可以看到JInto项。
使用方法：
选中properties文件-->右键-->选择open with菜单-->选择Java ResourceBundle Editor编辑器（JInto），就可以打开properties文件了。
