解决方法：除了常规的删除注册表中Oracle相关的内容之外，还需要找到oraInventory，将产品的安装目录删除或者直接删除整个目录也可以：
Window下的路径为：C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory
Linux下的路径为：$ORACLE_BASE/oraInventory
