今天在找如何提高asp.net性能的时候无意间发现了如果提高VS2005速度的方法。
VS2005IDE的性能我都抱怨了N次了，也在google和baidu上搜过N次了，没人提供好的方法。
这个是我刚刚从MSDN上发现的解决方法。

In addition, I found other posts discussing this. And a workaround has been found to improve the performance.
Delete:
windows.prf and windowsidx.prf
found in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0
Microsoft is also aware of this and fixed it for RTM.
