springboot2.x设置跨域的方式

SpringBoot2以后设置跨域

实现方式：实现WebMvcConfigurer接口，这个接口里面有很多方法，不用实现所有方法（每个方法都默认实现了，所以implements之后只需要实现自己需要的方法）
这里我们实现addCorsMappings方法
