web项目目录访问路径

项目目录结构：

　　浏览器地址栏输入localhost:8070/testPath.html ---------访问的是WebRoot目录下的html文件。

　　浏览器地址栏输入localhost:8070/static/testPath.html ---- 即WebRoot子文件夹static下的html。

　　浏览器地址栏输入localhost:8070/WEB-INF/testPath.html ----页面不存在，客户端不可直接访问web-inf下的文件
