一、背景

学习 Dynamics 365 CRM，在安装CRM的环境出现错误：Verification of prerequisites for Domain Controller promotion failed. Certificate Server is installed. 如图所示：

二、解决方法：

移除 Active Directory Certificate Services

To be clear on the answer to this, the Certificate Server role must be removed from the server.  Go to "Server Manager", "Manage", "Remove Roles and Features", remove the check mark in "Active Directory Certificate Services", and walk through the removal.  Then retry the prerequisites check for promotion to 2012 domain server.  如图所示：
