下载：http://sourceforge.jp/projects/amateras/downloads/56447/AmaterasUML_1.3.4.zip/

解压后把里面的3个jar文件拷贝到eclipse-plugins目录即可，重新启动Eclipse即可。

选择 "File"->"New"->"Other"，你就可以看见AmaterasUML的选项了。
