error: library dfftpack has Fortran sources but no Fortran compiler found解决方法

用pip install scipy 时提示 error: library dfftpack has Fortran sources but no Fortran compiler found
解决方法很简单！
sudo apt-get install gfortran 搞定。
如果安装的时候提示Permission denied
记得一定要在安装命令之前有sudo哦。
