Proxmox includes qm importdisk as command.

Extract your ova:

tar -xvf *.ova
Create a new VM without harddisks.

Import Your harddisks like this: (targetvmid is the vmnumber)

qm importdisk targetvmid disk001.vmdk local -format qcow2
