错误：
cannot launch the update ui this installation has not been configured properly for software updates
原因：eclipse目录下的p2目录有问题，拷贝一个正确的p2目录。我自己产生这个问题的原因是 看到p2目录占用了我4G的硬盘，我把它删除了，所以悲剧。。。
