2.把C:\Windows\SysWOW64的api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll删除掉。
3.重新安装api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll（其实这个就是VC redit.exe里面的）
4.安装VC redit.ext解决
