1、双击*.crt文件将其打开到证书显示中。

2、选择Details选项卡，然后选择Copy to file按钮

3、在证书向导上按“下一步”。
选择Base-64编码的X.509（.CER），然后选择Next。

4、选择“浏览”（以查找目标）并键入文件名自定义证书文件名

5、选择Next，然后选择Finished

6、完成.cer证书转换。
