首先安装gcc/g++
需要安装jdk，有的可以尝试安装openjdk.
sudo apt-get install openjdk-9
通常，16.04版本已经预装了gcc和g++，打开终端：
~ » gcc --version

这里可以看到版本。如果没有可以直接安装：
sudo apt-get install gcc
sudo apt-get install g++
安装Eclipse for C/C++ Development
直接到官网下载：
- Eclipse for C/C++ Development x64
- 解压文件(右键解压即可)
sudo mv folder /usr/local/
folder是解压过后的文件夹
cd /usr/local/eclipse
./eclipse
一路next安装即可。
安装主题
help >> eclipse marketplace >> 搜索eclipse color themes >> install
window >> preferences >> General >> Appearance >> color themes
设置快捷方式
安装完成后，发现没有快捷方式，也就无法启动，图形界面进入安装目录.
找到eclipse文件，右键建立快捷方式，转移到桌面。
