ERROR 1290

Mysql创建用户时、出现如下错误！

mysql> create user 'testuse'@'localhost' identified by '111111';

ERROR 1290 (HY000): The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement

 

解决办法：

在命令行输入：mysql> flush privileges;
