- Open the registry(regedit) on the local machine.
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib
- Right click on Perflib and select Permission
- Add LOCAL SERVICE with Full Control
- Restart the Remote Registry Service (services.msc)
