3. TCP/UDP port numbers



   The OSPF-lite protocol runs over both tcp and udp port 8899. IANA has
   reserved these ports for the exclusive use of ospf-lite.

   The Hello protocol:     UDP port 8899.
   Database Description:   TCP port 8899
   Link State Updates:     TCP port 8899
   Link State Requests:    TCP port 8899
   Link State Acknowledgements: packet type not supported
