现象2:报错:

解决方法:
更换运行这个命令后就O的K了:
跟 VC 和 PIP 版本都没关系就是个参数问题， pip install --index-url http://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/ requests --trusted-host pypi.doubanio.com ， 需要用这个参数“-trusted-host pypi.doubanio.com ”，否则为不信任源
