运行cmd 回车
1）输入：netsh interface ipv4 show interface 回车
查看你电脑所有网卡的idx
2）输入：netsh interface ipv4 set neighbors idx "192.168.1.1" "0a-0a-0a-0a-0a-0a"
idx（需要设置的那个数值 一般是11 或12）
引号内参数分别是网址 和 Mac地址
