pip install notebook - i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple

　　使用豆瓣镜像源。

切换Jupyter notebook目录

C:\Users\Administrator>G:

G:\>jupyter notebook

　　上述进入G盘做 Juyter notebook 运行目录。
