一、使用Between AND

select * from BatchNumberInfo where Start_Time Between '2019-1-01 00:00:00' AND '2019-7-12 23:59:59'

二、使用>,<

select * from BatchNumberInfo where Start_Time > '2019-01-01 00:00:00' and Start_Time < '2019-12-12 23:59:59'

注意：sqllite的datetime字符串形式必须是'yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss',将'2019-1-01 00:00:00'变为'2019-01-1 00:00:00'
