help>eclipse marketplace>search,搜索oracle coherence；如下图（我这是安装后的效果，没安装只有一个install按钮，点击install进行安装，后面的就默认就可以，协议要选择同意，安装完成后，会提示重启eclipse，重启后就可以在window>preferences中找到oracle,也可以在server>runtime Environments的Add中选择oracle的weblogic了）
