自本年五月（2020年）中旬起，很多开发者陆续收到一种全新的邮件，邮件内容如下，虽说这是APP被拒了，但是又没说明确的违规条款，这也是继2019年账号审查之后的又一大幺蛾子！苹果只说需要更多的时间来审核APP，这并不涉及开发者账号，这也算的万幸了（如果接到过苹果账号审核邮件的朋友，看到这个邮件应该会送一口气）。

经过调查分析，收到此邮件的APP，绝大多数都是有接入广告类的SDK，比如字节跳动的穿山甲，比如腾讯的流量汇，再比如谷歌的Admob，当然，也并不绝对，有一些开发者表示他们并没有接入过此类SDK，但也收到了这封邮件。
本人收到邮件后也联系过苹果，秒收回复邮件如下：

If I “developer reject” a binary and upload a new one does it impact the review time for my submission?
If you reject a binary and upload a new one, the application review process starts from the beginning and will go to Waiting for Review. We strongly recommend that any quality assurance testing is performed prior to submitting the app.

在此反馈邮件中可以得知以下信息：
- APP还在审核或者等待审核中；
- Apple 建议不要重新提交审核，因为这会让APP的审核从头排队，也就是重新提审只会让审核时间更长；
- 不用做任何操作，等着就行，有结果的话Apple 会在ITunes Connect的Resolutioncenter中邮件告知

临时结论：
收到邮件后不要在对此APP进行操作，耐心等待即可，切记不要重新提审！
