python flask-restful web backend

1. This is a web backend project based on the flask-restful, coding in python3.8.
2. You can treat it as a template to learn web-framework or just simply a start to use python writing web project.
3. This project uses Typing for typing hint.
4. This project uses Unittest for testing.
