1、mysql安装路径bin文件夹下打开cmd窗口
2、explore下输入cmd，enter进入cmd
3、输入net start/stop mysql来启动或者关闭mysql服务，注意自己mysql服务名称，我的是mysql8.0版本所以服务名是mysql80
