前言：
我有很久没有编程了，几乎忘记了当年的感觉。不过我从来没有接触过python，也算是从零开始。
正文：
首先去官网：https://www.python.org/
看到有2和3：
官方的简短介绍是
“Python 2.x is legacy, Python 3.x is the present and future of the language”
和“ The 2.x branch will see no new major releases after that.”
既然2不更新了，果断下载3。
我用的是win10，有3种版本：
前两个一个是压缩文件，一个是安装程序，但什么叫基于web？
后来看到上面有说明“Windows users: There are now “web-based” installers for Windows platforms; the installer will download the needed software components at installation time.”
我下载的就是这个，应该可以理解成是个下载器，可以选择自己想要的功能进行下载。
跟着选项完成即可（也不知道功能都有什么用，我记得我都选上了）。
