配置参考obs配置，编译好windows版本的webrtc
然后又报错libdshowcapture submodule not found! Please fetch submodules. win-dshow plugin disabled.
找到OBS-studio-webrtc\plugins\win-dshow目录下libdshowcapure 为空
git clone https://github.com/jp9000/libdshowcapture.git ，然后重新生成ok
