ftp上传文件451错误 (OPTS UTF8 ON)

451 No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.

百度到的方法都是将“允许UTF8”从 “True” 改为 “False”，重新启动服务器

然而我使用的文件名已经是UTF-8了，将“运行UTF-8”改为False明显就不行。

修改方法：

发送：OPTS UTF8 ON
