properties资源文件和中文之间的互相转换

1、由中文转换为uncoide：

 

2、将unicode转化为中文：

     2.1、官网更新站点：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/

     2.2、手动下载插件，替换掉eclipse中plugins和features下面对应的文件夹，这是重启eclipse，打开properties，默认的打开方式会被修改为properties editor，如果不行，手动修改eclipse的properties的默认打开方式：
