解决思路：
1.查看系统日志，找到具体的错误原因
2.百度谷歌定位具体的问题，比如我这里遇到的InnoDB函数返回错误，通过搜索得到以下解决方法，问题解决。
MySQL Plugin 'InnoDB' init function returned error.
. . 在MySQL的配置文件中，设定default-table-type=InnoDB，发现MySQL无法正常的启动，错误日志中给出了如下的信息：

调查得知，只要删除MySQL目录下的ib_logfile0和ib_logfile1两个文件，就可以解决问题了。
