端口绑定失败 提示查看neutron日志

查看neutron服务 发现neutron_openvswitch_agent服务异常
因为br-ex网桥没有创建导致
手动创建网桥
ovs-vsctl add-br br-ex
ovs-vsctl add-port br-ex ens35
ovs-vsctl show
再创建实例成功
