安装过程中弹出如下权限错误：
Found existing installation: numpy 1.8.0rc1
DEPRECATION: Uninstalling a distutils installed project (numpy) has been deprecated and will be removed in a future version. This is due to the fact that uninstalling a distutils project will only partially uninstall the project.
Uninstalling numpy-1.8.0rc1:
OSError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/var/folders/bq/7t299bp91dbdv_tpwvxcrz7w0000gn/T/pip-LzJPmu-uninstall/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Extras/lib/python/numpy-1.8.0rc1-py2.7.egg-info'
大概意思就是安装的时候发现numpy这个包已经装过了，现在要把它先卸载掉，但是卸载的时候又没有权限，尴尬了。
解决办法：
sudo pip install tensorflow -U
-U或--upgrade，升级原来已经安装的包，不加訪参数的话即使有新版本也是不会去安装的。
