I use the extension vimium in my chrome to get easy control on the pages. But in the jupyter notebook pages, I need to disable vimium for jupyter notebook has its own keyboard shortcuts.

It will not work as you wish. The * in the Keys textbox does not stand for everything. In fact the blank textbox stands for everything here. Saying, if you want disable vimium for specific url, leave the Exclude keys textbox blank, save change. Everything is done.
