微信小程序 将按钮悬浮放置到页面底部

按钮样式：

position：fixed 和bottom：0 这两句让按钮至于页面底部。

由于按钮position：fixed使其脱离了文档流，按钮上方的内容会钻到按钮下面去，所以要给上面的元素加一句margin-bottom把自己顶起来，margin-bottom的取值就等于按钮高度。微信里面按钮高度是46px(92rpx)
