Windows安装torch（使用pytorch）
在安装过程中报错ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘tools.nnwrap’

去官网选择适合自己电脑配置的版本

使用命令conda install pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit=10.2 -c pytorch
缺点：太慢了，实在是等不了！！ - 方法二
下载pytorch包，根据自己的python版本选择

下载完后在保存目录中pip install torch-1.6.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl即可
