Eclipse开启出现eclipse Intializing java tooling has encountered a problem

点开查看是空指针异常
当前解决的办法是window系统，打开命令行编辑器，进入到eclipse安装路径，通过命令行运行eclipsec.exe，看好是eclipsec，不是eclipse。
eclipse会通过命令行启功，当出现图中那些信息，问题解决了，启动就不报错了。
