关于处理：The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

异常：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

提示系统时区出现错误，两种解决方案：

1、在MySQL命令行重新设置时区：

即执行：set global time_zone='+8:00'

2、在链接数据库的url上加上：

   serverTimezone=UTC
