关于VisualSVN server安装的一些细节问题

     作为菜鸟，最近在安装VisualSVN Server3.8.0时出现了一个小问题，cannot query service config ，（无法查询相关的服务配置）搞了一下，只需要把 location：安装路径选好，repositories仓库位置选好即可（先建立仓库然后在选着到建立的仓库）server port 不能是已经被占用了的！
