\webapps\xxxx does not exist or is not a readable directory

Tomcat启动项目就报错
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\apache-tomcat-7.0.61\webapps\xxxx does not exist or is not a readable directory
大多两步搞定！！！
1.双击tomcat服务，进入下面界面
$\webapps\xxxx does not exist or is not a readable directory$
红色选项不要打钩
2.在tomcat 里找到~\conf\Catalina\localhost 目录下有个XXXX.xml文件，删除xxxx.xml文件重启tomcat
