登录influxDB的管理端
管理端：data----->telegraf 创建一个默认的telegraf.conf 不能在终端直接修改
然后在控制台使用 influx telegrafs 去更新telegraf.conf。
influx telegrafs update --id xxxxxx --org-id xxxxxx --name telegraf创建时候的名字 --description " 描述" --file /home/influxDB/telegraf.conf -t 管理端data----->tokens 有读写权限的token 没有就创建一个
id在管理端

org-id是在终端用 influx telegrafs --id 06a29686a4294000 查询出来的 OrgID
这一点在官方文档没有写需要注意
