解决方法：
1.检查Windows Kits是否包含(在属性里面)
VS Windows cannot open include file: 'windows.h ': No such file or directory

2.修复vs
如果是压根儿就没有安装的话，vs修复大概率也会无法安装，这种情况直接手动安装SDK

3.重新安装Windows SDK
