Idea或一切Tomcat运行的软件，解决端口被占用的问题：

简单依次运行：

1 2 3

netstat -aon|findstr "1099" ​得到端口10660 taskkill /pid 10660 /f

过程：

1.打开cmd，查询1099被谁占用了：

1	netstat -aon|findstr "1099"

2.得到被占用的代号：10660

查找被占用的程序exe

1	asklist|findstr "10660"

3.杀掉它，yeah

1	taskkill /pid 10660 /f
