1.默认进入到idea，新建的时候 默认不显示xml的入口
2.需要手动去配置下模板，然后就是**下模板
3.进入到idea 选择settings
4.在左侧的输入框输入templates ,选中file and code templates 选择“+”号码5.
5.将entension后面的输入框输入xml ,勾选enable live templates (**模板）.
